Igor successfully completed a difficult T/I buildout project at our property in Carmel. Igor had subs that were clean and efficient, and in a situation where a sub didn't follow through to 100% satisfaction, he made it right and brought the job to the finish line. The finished product is beautiful.

Omega Construction renovated my entire house from our kitchen, to all the bathrooms and gave us a brand new basement bar/game room!! The thing that won me over is their knowledge and understanding of things - even things I didn't think of. They come out and quickly estimate the cost of construction (and warn you might get "surprises" - fortunately in our case we had relatively few) and started within 2 weeks after we inked the deal. Their workers were great. Always respectful and clean. They followed the timeline almost perfectly except for one "surprise," but they took care of that fast. I would highly recommend them and especially the owner, Mr Shostak. He really knows everything about a project and is very trustworthy. I would hire Omega again in a minute!!

I had the pleasure of working with Omega Construction to build my dream pool house, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. Igor, the Founder/Owner, is an incredibly talented builder with extensive knowledge and experience across all construction disciplines. I would highly recommend Igor! He remodeled our kitchen a few years ago, and the results far exceeded our expectations. In addition, his price was more than fair. He began the work when he said he would; and worked diligently on completing it. He came pretty much everyday until the job was done. He also had many creative ideas, and was both designer and builder. We were living in the home when the remodeling was underway, and Igor kept the work area as clean as he possibly could. We sold the home shortly after the work was done - that was the plan - and the buyers simply loved the kitchen. It was a real selling point. After selling the home we moved to Florida, and remodeled an entire home. We couldn't get Igor to follow us; but I sure wish he would have!

In the summer of 2023 Omega Construction Development analyzed, planned and completed a difficult project in our Old Northside home - it was a project other construction companies were weary of even attempting. A cracked and sagging cement porch was shored up, rotted basement beams replaced and a large porch area entirely resurfaced. The basement underneath is now dry and secure once again. They did an excellent job at a very fair price. We can confidently andmost highly recommend Omega Construction.

We needed a qualified carpenter/electrician to install acoustic wooden wall panels on our 9 ft walls on both sides of our already installed fireplace/TV wall in our large family room. We found Omega Construction along with 2 other potential companies during our Google search for professional companies who offered these capabilities. From our initial contact we received prompt responses from Igor who is the owner of Omega Construction. Igor was even willing to set up an appointment over the Memorial Day weekend to discuss our needs and to see the areas of our home that needed professional attention. We discussed how best to install the acoustic wooden wall panels as well as how and where to add two all new electrical wall outlets in our second bath and powder room. We selected Omega over the other two bidders for these projects because of Igor's responsiveness, professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to creatively brainstorm about some of the finer details of my projects. Omega Construction far exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional remodeling help!
